i don't agree with answer b'coz always length>breath if length=breath i.e square not a rectangle so my answer is answer is a>100

Square is also a rectangle. A rectangle is a parellologram whose sides intersect at 90 degree angles. Hence, square is also a rectangle with some special features in it like all sides are equal
